0ba28a206d Removed Column text for Votes, Distribution replaced by icon. 
Set column header to "ResizeToContents" to not use much space
Added new Bio hazard icons to look same like other ones

b999ccc34b removed useless thread line, kept link copy functionality, used a GxsIdLabel to show the by_label correctly, added hide/show of labels when not useful

41750b0d27 Removed not used base class GxsIdTreeWidget. 
Used QPixmap instead of QIcon to draw the gxs image in GxsIdTreeWidgetItem.
Fixed use of transparent background in GxsIdDetails::GenerateCombinedPixmap (formerly GxsIdDetails::GenerateCombinedIcon).

a4f0221d89 Added in Icons to GxsIDs. 
Can support:
	- "Unique" Icon based of GxsID.
	- Icon indicating PGP/Anon.
	- Icons for RecognTags.

Needs more work to Make Unique Icons look good.
and Add Icon sets.

- Switched from own token member to the new methods on TokenQueue.
- Reactivated thread from the old forum to fill the messages.
- Load all messages at once.
- Added processing of missing messages.
- Fixed new/read/unread status.

694885963e Added CancelRequest on second request.

25de47c6f9 Added tabs to gxsforums. 
Moved the thread message part from GxsForumsDialog to GxsForumThreadWidget.
Added placeholder text to existing and new base classes to display for example "Loading".
