4ee7d8bb7e drastic removal of <! from all wide string in all RsItems, from the de-serialisation code. Shoudl prevent lol bombs throughout the whole software. To be tested further

3d71e6338e Added more debug to serialisers. 
* print out messages when serialisation fails.
 * removed BUG in TlvGetString() which allows a zero length TLV

a333b12618 Fixed the Missing Cache File bug. 
* Added Old Cache Storage... so these can be retrieved.
 * Connected up the CancelCacheFile() -> FileCancel.

Other Changes.
 * Removed ipaddr = 1 bug (thought someone else had commited this earlier???)
 * added #ifdefs to remove debugging output in p3BitDht.

23a0b60e59 fixed chat bug that was truncating some messages, due to using a uint16_t to store a local size. Totally backward compatible. This fix might also affect blog messages.

0f99826623 * Major tweak to the serialiser: shifted size to 32bits to handle bigger packets. This will break compatibility. 
* Modified tlvitems to support future expansions.
 * added random tlv test functios.
 * added dummy Wide Directory functions to rsdir (for the future;)
 * Fixed Mutex Bug in fimonitor.
 * added netiface_test for hiberation / net change testing.

e8ccb0b427 Major improvements to the serialiser to make it work with retroshare. 
This is still a first draft - the message types will surely change.

-corrected ids and added service classes.
-Added disc/msg/chat/cache/file messages
-Extended serialiser to handle service extensions.
-corrected IpAddrPort code.
-More debugging code.
-Added some tests.
