9279838d65 Added two internal stylesheets: 
- qss.default - This file is used as default for all stylesheets (e.g. the frames of the AvatarWidget) and can be overloaded from the selected stylesheet
- Standard.qss - The standard stylesheet for the current look of RetroShare. More internal stylesheets can be added.
The plan is to move nearly all internal stylesheets to the files Standard.qss/qss.default. After that the "empty" stylesheet should represent the system theme of the os.

b21e66241b Reworked notification code in system tray. 
Added a base class and a possibility for the main dialogs and the plugins (derived from MainPage) to provide a notifier.

dc2d6c975e - Moved HandleRichText from the folder "chat" to "util" and redesigned the source 
- Extended RsHtml::formatText to replace the RetroShare links with an image and enabled this for the certificate links in the system messages (friend recommendation and user request)
- Added new ObjectPainter for painting a button on a pixmap

1eb82bd676 * Added two new Services to RS GUI. 
- The Wire, this is not at all functional yet - just a gui shell.
	- Identity, Basics of the GUI complete. talks via rsIdentity to the backend.
 * Fixed the Photo Drag and Drop under Linux.
 * Resurrected the Application Window - for Unfinished Service.
 * Moved Photos, Wire, Identity & Wiki to the Unfinished Window.
 * Added "Experimental Services" option in Settings -> though this is not yet saved / used.
 * changed #ifdef UNFINISHED -> #ifdef UNFINISHED_FD for bits in FriendList, which didn't compile.
 * removed old Unfinished Applications from Window.

51cfb0c5fe added retroshare certificate links: allows to paste certificates everywhere. Users need to click on them to launch the make friend wizard on the certificate. Certificates can be copied from each location of the Friends list

35c7605704 Extracted a new widget ChatWidget for the basic chat handling from the PopupChatDialog and use it in ChatLobbyDialog too. 
Added an own ui for the ChatLobbyDialog.
Saved settings of the ChatLobbyDialog.

50d5c1159d Added the hability to create and handle collection files. A collection file contains a directory structure 
and files that RS can DL seamlessly in the DL directory. Collection files are created from shared files
and can be handled by righ-clicking on them in Transfers and Shared files. Handling is based on the extension,
that must be "rscollection".

cbb3b4587f Fixed reaction of the checkbox "web of trust". Now the list of unvalid gpg keys is shown or hide directly after the click. 
Fixed calculation of the unread messages in MessagesDialog. The starred messages was not counted as unread.
Set some tree widgets to allColumnsShowFocus.

dd55b2bf74 Moved strings of RsPeerDetails::autoconnect for translation to the GUI side and added integer constants for it. 
Fixed sorting of available friends in MessengerWindow.
Recompile of the GUI needed.

ff57befb1f Added display menu in channels and forums to sort the group tree by name, popularity or last post. 
Removed unnecessary loop over the forum messages in ForumDetails.
Removed date and time when lastPost==0 in ForumDetails and ChannelDetails.

404dfd0cbc Added popularity column and removed hidden date column in forums tree. 
Added new global class for working with popularity PopularityDefs.
Changed the display of the popularity icons.
 0     = icon 0
 1-7   = icon 1
 8-15  = icon 2
 16-24 = icon 3
 25-34 = icon 4
 >34   = icon 5
This can be changed in PopularityDefs::icon.

e20e9a529a Add spacing again for forums, messages and channels. 
Added a new base class "RSItemDelegate" for adding a spacing for the item and remove the focus rectangle of the empty text for items with only an icon.
Removed existing classes "ForumsItemDelegate" and "MessagesItemDelegate".

a51bf3da67 Added new class RSTreeWidgetItem derived from QTreeWidgetItem for sorting strings case insensitive without proxy model. 
Sort strings case insensitive in NetworkDialog, PeersDialog (changed to RSTreeWidgetItem), MessengerWindow (changed to RSTreeWidgetItem) and SharedFilesDialog (with folders first).
Sort the columns size and age in SharedFilesDialog by internal data and not by the shown string.
Save and load layout of the SharedFilesDialog in profile.
