88f76c5fbb Update the data in photoitems 
Update PhotoItem members
 - remove excessive fields in Photo
 - add RsGxsFile to Photo
 - update ShareMode for Album
 - renamed photo.mThumbnail to mLowResImage
Update Photo GUI
 - enable setting of AlbumExtra parameters.
 - added data for Ordering of photos
 - stop showing duplicates in PhotoSlideShow

b593a918a0 optim: changed postfixed ++ into prefix++ for non trivial operators, replaced test on std::list::size() by std::list::empty() (Patch from Phenom, modified)

9f20c75f83 about 70% done with PhotoDialog 
- can add album (with thumbnail!)
- add photo (with photo!)
- can subscribe, but not added to ui yet

need to try some dummy msgs and bring up gxs_net

03e2ee72e0 Major improvements to the PhotoSharing Application. 
- Editing of Photo Descriptions & Album descriptions.
	- Photo versions.
	- Default to Album description, if Photo not filled in.
	- Album Cover images.
	- SlideShow.

Todo:
	- Deletion of Photos & Albums.
	- Handle Photo Files (only thumbnails at the moment).
	- Searching.
	- Sharing options.
	- Image processing.
	- +lots more.

1eb82bd676 * Added two new Services to RS GUI. 
- The Wire, this is not at all functional yet - just a gui shell.
	- Identity, Basics of the GUI complete. talks via rsIdentity to the backend.
 * Fixed the Photo Drag and Drop under Linux.
 * Resurrected the Application Window - for Unfinished Service.
 * Moved Photos, Wire, Identity & Wiki to the Unfinished Window.
 * Added "Experimental Services" option in Settings -> though this is not yet saved / used.
 * changed #ifdef UNFINISHED -> #ifdef UNFINISHED_FD for bits in FriendList, which didn't compile.
 * removed old Unfinished Applications from Window.

35ab646aa2 Added PhotoShare Plugin to Retroshare. 
- Like the Wiki, this is GUI without a backend.... so we can get this part right first.
	- Added Bits to compile into Retroshare too.
