696e7735a1 Added new libretroshare interface for switching between Operating Mode. 
This is so people can use RS in limited bandwidth or background modes.

48a1c66c60 Added Bandwidth Monitoring service to libretroshare to help debug Lag. 
- p3bwctrl.h/.cc & rsbwctrlitems.h/.cc
	- New Interface in pqihandler to extract the data.
	- New Interface in rsconfig to display in GUI.
	- Added extra debugging in pqistreamer for catching big outqueues.

45ac04e2e7 Count the friends (gpg id's) instead of the locations (ssl id's) in the statusbar. 
Moved update of the friends from QTimer to signals.
Combined p3LinkMgr::getFriendCount and p3LinkMgr::getOnlineCount and moved to p3PeerMgr.

31ec7a074b Net, Dht and Configuration changes. 
* set PortForward in NetStateBox when the Network has been setup.
 * add GeneralConfig to rsConfig external interface.
 * enabled ADVANCED configuration option.

c2a0309f05 Added RsConfig class which will in the future support most of the interface from rsinit.h & rsiface.h 
* Moved rsnetwork.h => rsconfig.h
 * Implemented Network functions (call p3NetMgr) in RsConfig.
 * Implemented UserLevel (New/Basic/Casual/Power) Levels
 * added p3PeerMgr::haveOnceConnected() function, for UserLevel support.
