Safer rsids API 
Deprecate unsafe costructor, substituted by fromBufferUnsafe which explicitely
  marked suggest the caller to pay attention.
Use enum class for id types instead of constants
Make size constants more private
Use internal Id_t alias to avoid huge template lines
Remove and deprecate oguly names in favor of consistent names

54a0f87369 GxsMail implemented RSA encrypted mails sending 
Add notice about param not being checked in GxsSecurity
Use proper types for RsGenExchange::getMsg* params
Implement bitwise or and not operators for t_RsGenericIdType
GxsMail unsubscribe old unused groups
GxsMail initial work on supporting client services
Implemented p3IdService::encryptData(...) for multiple recipients

9471a91795 added basic functions to collect bandwidth info in pqistreamer both ways; added a sorting method in BWGraphSource to create curves from extracted BW info. Still not yet functional

e8f5f44318 started implementation of new Global Router model. Switched msg service to use it (much simpler now!), and updated GUI. Implemented half the tunnel management logic.

33abca82e5 - removed LinksCloud from plugins (based on obsolete cache system) 
- removed copy constructor of RsGenericId from std::string as it allowed many inconsistencies and double transforms of IDs from/to strings
