Fixed up Adding / Removing Peers.

Browse source 
* added OthersList to p3linkmgr. this is important so we can send ACTIONS for removed Peers.
 * added missing mStatusChanged when adding Friend.
 * added printPeerLists to PeerMgr and LinkMgr.
 * tweaked debugging.
