Fixed relatedMsgData bug (PARENT | LATEST), same issue as ALL_VERSION opt flags, was using origMsgId used for filtering (filtering worked as bugged request was actually requesting all msgs instead).

Added test for (PARENT | LATEST)
All tests passed
