Improvements to GXS services.

* Added serialiser for wiki items (actual data to be finalised).
 * Added wiki and fixed id services to be run properly.
 * Disabled dummyData for ids.
 * Fixed some bugs in Id serialiser.
 * Added missing fns in p3wiki
