* Rolled back Modifications to SearchDialog and PopupChatDialog.

- unable to get windows to compile with PopupChat on windows.
	- not happy with new SearchDialog. Not an improvement on old dialog + uses Qt4.4

 * updated version numbers...
 * added a couple of windows scripts.
