GXS:

- added three new classes for automatic refresh of ui
  - RsGxsUpdateBroadcastBase
  - RsGxsUpdateBroadcastWidget
  - RsGxsUpdateBroadcastPage
- prevent call to :singleShot on RsProtectedTimer
- extend RsGxsUpdateBroadcast
- added automatic refresh to Identity and Forums (except subscribe/unsubscribe)
