- Add /misc to thor/apollo
- Remove IR build fix from h815
- Don't dexpreopt i9100, /system is too small
- Add note about -O3 flags breaking devices
- Change SQLite journal mode from PERSIST to TRUNCATE
- Disable flo for now, needs fixes
