Tad bc0a9f79b3 19.1: replace OpenCamera with official prebuilt GrapheneOS Camera 
Benefits over OpenCamera
- QR scanner
- no broken panoroma option
- much simpler and cleaner "just works" interface
- selfie self illumination option, try it!

TODO: consider adding to 17.1 and 18.1
