Tad 223c5d1a2c Disable temperature monitoring 
Breaks boot after 9.0 May security ASB:
- thermal service unavailable
- power service hooks thermal service
- keyguard service hooks power service
- no keyguard = no system ui
- no system ui = rescue party engages
- rescue party goes into recovery demanding factory wipe
