Subject: [PATCH] enforce stricter CallLogProvider query

changes:

||
|
- phoneNumber is now a selectionArgument
|
||
|
- if the user makes a query request for the CALLS_FILTER case,

||
|
throw a SE if the cursor is empty && SQL is detected

||
