[/awesome-decentralized-id/indy-sovrin-evernym](https://github.com/infominer33/awesome-decentralized-id/blob/master/indy-sovrin-evernym/) is another list that naturally grew from this one; focused on Hyperledger Indy's protocol, governance, and ecosystem. I've also worked on [/peacekeeper/blockchain-identity](https://github.com/peacekeeper/blockchain-identity/) and included some of its resources here. Ideally these lists will all compliment each-other.
* [/peacekeeper/blockchain-identity](https://github.com/peacekeeper/blockchain-identity/) - a list for projects related to blockchain-identity. Some of its resources found a home here, but this is not meant to replace it.
For now, I'm becoming more familiar with all of this material, and how it fits together in the decentralized identity space. I expect to be actively engaged building this repository for the next month or so, and look forward to it growing along with decentralized identity (irl) over the coming years.
* [/awesome-decentralized-id/indy-sovrin-evernym](https://github.com/infominer33/awesome-decentralized-id/blob/master/indy-sovrin-evernym/) - A folder in this repository, for information specific to Hyperledger Indy, the Sovrin Foundation, and Evernym.
* [/awesome-decentralized-id/self-sovereign-identity](https://github.com/infominer33/awesome-decentralized-id/tree/master/self-sovereign-identity) - Another sub-folder to organize information about Self-Sovereign-Identity.
### How I got into Decentralized Identity[**^**](#Contents)
* [/bitcoin-history](https://github.com/infominer33/bitcoin-history) - Another repository I've begun collecting historical information leading up to Bitcoin.
### How This Project Began[**^**](#Contents)
I was initially introduced to blockchain identity when offering research and writing services on a popular freelance site. The first was 3500-word essay on "Blockchain and the United Nations," where I learned of Bitnation and the SDGs. Another was a 1500 word report on blockchain identity, giving me a broad view of the sector. Besides that I've written a few articles considering the architecture, and [historical background](https://medium.com/axiom-tech/hyperledger-indy-the-future-of-decentralized-identity-9de5c2459e4e) of Hyperledger Indy. Throughout that time, I collected a ton of quality information on decentralized id, Hyperledger Indy, and the surrounding ecosystem.
I also [collect resources](http://crypt0library.net) on nearly every subject in crypto, which I'm slowly entering into a database, to power a [web-app](https://github.com/infominer33/Crypto-library) for search, and navigation by tags, etc. Creating these lists has become an essential part of my process as a writer. Check out some of my [other projects](https://github.com/infominer33/awesome-decentralized-id/blob/master/projects.md).
I got into crypto in mid-2017, and my passion for learning and for [collecting useful information](http://crypt0library.net), on any number of related subjects, has only grown over that time. Although initially began as a result of freelance gigs, my work on this repository has been a personal investment of time, building my brand as a research consultant, and in support of anyone trying to make sense of the SSI\DID ecosystem. Decentralized Identity is one of my favorite subjects in tech. However, I have a variety of research interests, and I'm always interested in learning new ways to earn from that research.
