Add more extensions

Adds the following extensions to README.md
- `npm intellisense` to `Productivity` section
- `Intellisense for CSS class names` to `CSS` section

Also adds the following sections
- File Icons - For File Explorer Icons
- Keymaps - For Keymap extensions
