Removed IprediaOS and TEN. The former is extremely out of date according to reddit, and the latter's website failed at HTTPS and Chrome wouldn't let me view the page.
Also tweaked the other stuff and fixed some woopsies :)
I've tweaked some of the descriptions and removed BitComet as it doesn't seem like a client worth using after a quick reddit search. Also removed duplicate OffCloud. Sorry about that - I am aware that OffCloud does fit into more than just the premium link generators category and I'm trying to think of ways to make the categories more complete without duplicating links. Do let me know if you have any thoughts on this.
