Replace PGBlitz.com with PTS-Team

Browse Source 
The PGBlitz website and Github repo was nuked when Admin9705 stopped working on the project. Development has continued under the name PTS-Team at the updated repo. Software is considered complete while Sudobox (it's replacement) is developed.
