Updated /r/animepiracy entries

Browse Source 
- Added the /r/animepiracy Discord server under Discord servers.
- Updated the description text for the /r/animepiracy subreddit to encompass all topics of discussion permitted on the subreddit.
- Updated the /r/animepiracy wiki link to the new wiki and updated the description to be more descriptive about what the wiki offers.
- Added the /r/animepiracy index to the anime section.
