Update Readme.md (#37)

- Remove LastPass from Password Vaults because of its frequent beaches and security incompetence
- Remove BitLord from Torrent Clients(adware)
- Replace Blockthespot with Spotx in Spotify: Updated and still uses Block the Spot
- Add Snackbox in Discord for r/animepiracy
- Remove Outline from Miscellaneous: no longer up
- Remove HideMyAss from Proxy sites: has handed over logs in the past. Not really useful at all
