Add yt-dlp and SponsorBlock

yt-dlp is an updated version of youtube-dl. Since youtube-dl has slowed down development, the list should include the up-to-date yt-dlp.
SponsorBlock is an extension that skips over sponsorship and self-promotion segments in YouTube videos which saves the user's time.
