4258416a21 Correct minor issues within README.md
Correct spelling mistakes throughout document. Correct common product
acronym misspellings, such as changing "netbox" and "Netbox" to "NetBox".
Ensure products, languages, and so on are capitlized ("python" to
"Python"). Reworded the document header as well as a few resource
descriptions to be more grammatically correct and/or make more sense.

This appears to be due to missing the http:// on the link. It was trying to append to the end of a github url otherwise.

4da13b9401 add fetchconfig to section "Backups"
The existing entry for "Jazigo" mentions "fetchconfig," but the list
does not yet contain a link to it.

If you look at the old fetchconfig site hosted on Savannah
( http://www.nongnu.org/fetchconfig/ ) you will see that
fetchconfig is now hosted at GitHub, which is the link I add.
